Jr. Website programmer / Desktop support

 

 

USA Detergents, Inc.a nationally recognized manufacturer of Household Cleaners & Air Products located in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Jr. Website programmer / Desktop support.  This person would be maintaining the Company Website and ecommerce site. www.usa-detergents.comand www.Retailclick.com. The person will also have the responsibility of doing P.C. desktop support.

 

This individual will be responsible for the following:

 

 Jr. Website Responsibilities:

·         Optimizing images for the web

·         Simple graphic design

·         Basic html design

·         Understand PHP enough to edit existing pages

·         Photo editing

·         Digital camera operation

·         Familiar with pc and Mac

 

Software:

Illustrator CS

Photoshop CS

Acrobat Professional

PowerPoint

Microsoft Word

Excel

FTP software

Microsoft Publisher

 

 

 

Desktop Support:

·         Internal/external clients with hardware and software issues on Pentium class workstations using Windows 2000, and XP Operating systems.

·         Maintains desktop hardware and software inventories, configurations, and controls.

·         Diagnose printer related issues to be handed off to a contract vendor for repairs.

·         1-2 years experience providing PC desktop

·         Strong customer-service orientation.

·         Good technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware

·         Good knowledge of software and applications, including Windows 2000, XP; Microsoft Office, IE, Symantec Anti-Virus.

·         Good knowledge of networking protocols and components within a corporate WAN.

·         Brightsor Backup, Exchange and Active Directory knowledge is a plus.

 

Requirement:

1.     Computer Background to include Webpage Management & Setup

2.     Desktop support experience.

3.     Microsoft OS and Microsoft Application knowledge

4.     Active Directory knowledge a plus
